此职位工作地点：唐山

岗位职责：

1. 针对公司特定生产线的产品改善管理

2. 管理新材料的研发，以满足未来客户的需求

3. 负责技术相关项目的持续改善与开发；改善反馈，材料清单，审核，以及供应商考察和评估

4. 针对生产线外购产品的控制，制定控制程序和质量体系文件


岗位要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，材料相关专业

2. 3年以上轻工类贸易公司或工厂从事材料技术、质量改善和项目管理工作，熟悉不同的产品
装配材料如仿真首饰、玻璃、木制品、纺织品、玩具等，熟悉ISO及质量体系佳.

3. 专业技能/知识：

-具有无机材料知识和经验，特别是：
* 使用了首饰、玻璃、木制品的产品（礼品或厨房用品）的制造，
* 各类产品的各种配件材料的分析和确认
-质量体系：熟悉ISO；了解流程、工艺控制等；能够独立制定流程和技术规范；能理解并审核
安全数据 表

4. 计算机操作熟练(Excel good; Word)

5. 英语良好

Responsibilities:

-Manage product development for one particular line of Products
-Manage research of new materials to meet further customer demand
-Be responsible for the on-time development of the project from Technical part; development feedbacks; Bills of materials; certification; supplier evaluation and inspection
-Be responsible for defining the control procedures and quality system documentation for incoming goods control of his line of products

Requirements:

* Education background: University Graduate in Material Engineering

*Working experience: 3 years or above, technical development and project management in trading company or manufacturing companies dealing with many different materials (from sub-assemblies; jewery, glass; wood; fabrics, toys). Being familiar with ISO system and using a quality system is preferred

*Specific Knowledge:
-Knowledge and experience in organic

–inorganic materials; in the specific
+Manufacturing of generic ware that uses jewery, glass and wood (giftware or kitchen ware)
+Various sub assemblies of big variety of products to be analyzed and validated
-Quality System:
+Was working in ISO certified company
+Knowledge about procedures, process control etc.
+Should be able to define autonomously Procedures and technical specifications
+Should be able to read, understand and judge safety data sheets etc. *Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Excel good; Word); CAD

*English: Good
