Job Purpose:

Responsible for site Non COGS purchasing, mainly in manufacturing CAPEX, including spare parts and maintenance, to ensure the good accomplishment of site capital investment and continuous supply of spare parts and maintenance to support the production.

Responsibilities:

- Reporting line: report to Project Procurement Supervisor
- Collect market information, qualify potential suppliers, propose and justify the creation and maintaining of suppliers to support on-going or future project.
- Handle independently the Non COGS purchase requests, from sourcing, bidding to final negotiation and contractulisation.
- Implement procedures and strategies to meet the negotiable spend coverage and savings target.
- Ensure spare parts delivery and maintenance work in an efficient way to reduce production risks.
- Work pro-actively with stakeholders/users to understand the business needs and discover the potential Buy Better and Buyer Less opportunity.
- Work closely with site procurement team, other site procurement and country category team to create synergies across China.
- Track all work status and progress, ePR and SAP transaction, record savings in S@ve system.
- Other ad hoc assignments
-candidates are possible to undertake supervisor role subject to his/her experience and potential.


Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a decent university
- Major:
Great: Mechanical, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical
Good: Engineering, Electronics

Language:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, English will be the working language to communicate with headquarters.

Must -have Experience:
(1)Minimum 3-5 years full-time working experience in CAPEX related purchasing in a plant setting
(2)Familiar with pharmaceutical equipment and engineering purchasing.
(3) Must have worked in big, famous and well structured companies
(4) Industry background:
Great: Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetics, Mechanical
Good: Engineering, Electronics
