a. Withdraw cash from bank.银行取现金
b. Submit USD payment request (ERP service fee)美金付款申请

d. Change legal person information.变更公司法人信息和预留印鉴卡
e. Weekly cash flow 每周现金流量表
f. Check balance in each bank account at the end of month.月底核对银行每个账户余额
g. Prepare loan documents for TS OCI准备贷款资料为唐山OCI
h. Prepare documents when OCI received capital increase from HQ Korea
准备OCI增资银行入账资料

ERP

a. Verify all employee payments and pay to bank online。审核员工报销及上传至网上支付。
b. Booking Bank vouchers in ERP 准备银行付款凭证在ERP
C. Reconciliation account include input vat invoice, each bank balance.月底ERP核对进项税金，账户余额与账务一致。
d. OCI China cost center report monthly.导出ERP数据完成OCI成本中心当月报告


Tax issue

a.Tax amount forecast on tax bureau website before 7th each month 每月7日前网上税收预测(OCI)
b.Prepare tax reporting before 15th each month 每月15日前税务申报表
d. Issue Vat invoice; verify input tax invoice at the end of monthly . 月底前开具发票认证进项税发票
e. others tax issue like as change legal person information etc.其他税务局事宜如变更企业法人
f .statistical statement online Monthly & Yearly 统计局报表每月15日前和年度报表


Yearly
a. May~July Annual inspection and business information published (OCI & DCC)外商投资企业联合年检及企业信息公示
b. Jun~Aug: Fiscal subsidies and tax refund (CIT/IIT/BT/VAT) calculation and application (OCI).财政补贴申请

任职资格：

This Shanghai-based investment company involved in polysilicon and photovoltaic-related products as well as chemical products to the greater China market.
