职位描述
General 一般职责
Responsible for all engineering operations relating to building maintenance, machinery, equipment and instrumentation maintenance. Coordinates a group of employees engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

? Manages and monitors all maintenance activities and personnel
管理和监督所有维修维护行为及人员
? Assists the elaboration of a maintenance strategy; prepares a refurbishment and renewal plans with related budget; implements the plans and supervises their execution.
在预算范围内协助制定、实施详尽的设备维护、大修及更新计划，并监督这些计划的执行情况
? Advises management on maintenance activities and initiates corrective actions relating
to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and operational incidents.
对设备维护管理提出建议，并对计划延迟、预算透支、材料短缺、运行异常等情况进行改进
? Electrical and Mechanical equipments and instrumentation daily maintenance and on-site check
机电设备及仪表的日常维护、巡检
? Urgent maintenance, switch relevant equipments with technicians
应急维修组织与实施，组织运行人员进行机电设备切换
? Communication with external resources for maintenance and check with the progress and result
联系机电设备外部维修维护、跟踪结果及验收
? Planning and organizing preventive maintenance, on-site follow up
机电设备、仪器仪表预防性维护计划制订及现场组织、实施
? Ensures the implementation of the Veolia Water Maintenance Charter.
确保威立雅水务维修维护政策的实施
? Ensures that environmental, health & safety policies and procedures are implemented and applied in his/her activities;
在实施过程中，确保实行环境，健康安全政策。
? Record and update equipments and maintenance status
机电设备状态及维修记录、机电设备台帐更新
? Operation technicians training with relevant knowledge
定期对运行人员进行机电设备相关知识培训
? Modification and upgrade technical proposal draft
改造及升级技术方案编制
? Manages and monitors all operational and maintenance activities and personnel when the plant supervisor is outside
在工厂主管外出时负责管理所有运行和维护的行为及人员
? Any other job assigned by supervisor
