Responsibilities
1.New factory layout planning, capacity planning, material flow, logistics, production process planning, etc.
2.Related machine type selection
3.Implementation/ executing of IE planning and running operation later as production engineer
4.Identity the productivity improvement opportunities by standardizing the process cycle time for each station and line balance.
5.Support layout improvement to minimize the space waste and efficiency lost.
6.To be responsible to do the capacity planning, analysis, actions to improve the capacity, also ensure the effectiveness of the action taken.
7.Cooperate at project team to support the project implementation.

工作职责
1.新工厂布局、 产能规划、物料流转、生产工艺规划等等。
2.相关设备的选型
3.实施/执行的IE 规划和运行操作
4.通过标准化作业时间和产线平衡，提升生产能力
5.支持布局改进，尽量减少空间浪费和效率损失。
6.负责产能规划和分析，为提高产能采取相应措施，并确保措施的有效性
7.在项目团队积极合作以支持项目实施。

Requirements
1. Education: major in mechanical, electrical or Industrial engineering, familiar with machining process would be preferred.
2. Working experience: Above 2 years working
experience
3. Language skills: Good English skills, both oral and writing is needed
4. Familiar with Auto CAD, Microsoft office (Word, Power point, Excel)
5. Willing to learn, hard working
6. Good communication skill and teamwork
