岗位职责：
Assist for the collect and implementation of EHS legal
协助最新EHS法律文件的收集以及落实，ＥＨＳ法律法规清单
Assist for the assessment of workplace hazards, to identify and take actions to the hazardous factors, to follow the PPE procedure and occupational health mangement procedure
协助评估作业场所的危害因素，确保潜在职业病及风险得到有效评估，并按照评估结果制订、实施和监控PPE管理规定及职业健康安全规定，完成作业场所危害因素识别表、ＰＰＥ发放情况、职业病体检报告等
Assist for the improvement of all staff's EHS awareness, to develop and implement the annual EHS training plan
协助全体员工EHS意识的提高，制订每年EHS的培训计划，并按照计划内容对相关人员进行相应的培训；
Assist to strength the EHS communication with management and all staffs through the monthly EHS mangement training, every two week EHS regular meeting and monthsly EHS newsletter
协助加强与管理层、全体员工关于EHS信息的交流与沟通，确保EHS体系信息交流的顺畅，采取的措施如每月对管理层的EHS培训、每二周举行的EHS委员会例会、每月一期的EHS通讯等；
Assist for the annual environmental monitor and workplace hazards detect and take actions to any nonconformity
协助EHS监测、报告及记录的保存；环境监测报告、油漆房危害因素监测报告等
Assist to establish the EHS report system and encourage the EHS incidents report from each staff; investigate and take CAPA to the incidents
协助建立EHS汇报机制，鼓励员工对EHS事件（含事故、未遂事件和不符合等）进行及时汇报；并对EHS事件进行调查，提出必要的整改措施和预防措施，并对措施的落实情况进行跟踪；
Assist to enhance the mangement of emergency response and crisis mangement, to perform the exercise of fire fighting, chemical leakage and update the emergency plan, evacuation map and exercise records as required
协助加强公司应急响应方面以及危机的管理和完善，组织公司防火、防化学品泄漏等应急情况的演习；完善的应急响应计划、消防疏散图、演习记录等
Assist to establish the EHS awards system to continual improve the EHS performance and to finish the EHS performance result
协助制订EHS激励机制来达到EHS管理体系持续改进的目的。完成ＥＨＳ绩效评估结果
？ To enhance the EHS mangement for supplier and contractm and to ensure the conformity with group policy and company EHS requirements
加强对供应商和承包商ＥＨＳ行为的管理，确保采购的原材料符合伊萨公司的要求的同时，要求供应商和承包商在公司时遵守公司有关的规定。
？ Be responsible for the communication with local government especially the environment supervision and to ensure the conformity with environmental regular
负责与政府部门特别是环境保护部门的联系与沟通，确保公司的运行符合环保要求
？ Be responsible for the retain, maintenance and update of ISO9001 documentation
负责ISO9001质量体系文件和EHS管理体系文件的保存、维护和更新。
