GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
Promotes company involvements in Chinese commerce. Conducts market outreach and project driven Chinese business development.

Essential Duties and Requirements

？ Must develop marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction.
？ Must partner with management team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to Gorbel Dealers and End Users.
？ Manages and directs marketing and service policy deployment, product positioning and product development.
？ Develops annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
？ Directs implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices.
？ Ensures marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
？ Develops and manages pricing structures.
？ Provides leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines, when it is required.
？ Responsible for competitor market intelligence and analysis
？ Builds, develops and manages marketing team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.
？ Manages marketing services department including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.
？ Is an active member of Gorbel Tianjin’s Management Team, Business Development Team and Strategic Planning.
？ Responsible for lead generation in China
？ Responsible for the development, SEO, content and position in search engines of the Gorbel China website
？ Develop and implement Marketing Plan and Budget
？ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages and directs staff including recruitment, selection and development to achieve company goals.

Basic Requirement:
Both of English, Chinese background with knowledge of language and culture.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Background in business development preferred.
Ability to spend 14 days in United States for training.
Ability to travel in China mainland.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
