Report to: National Training Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Major Responsibilities/Activities:
? Partner with top sales management to create EPD sales representative training strategy and plan to impact sales performance based on functional competency model and training needs analysis
? Identify selling skills needed by EPD sales representatives to successfully compete in the rapidly changing marketplace and introduce these skills to new and experience sales representatives
? Evaluate pharmaceutical selling skills programs
? Identify and correct sales personnel deficiencies in product knowledge and selling skills to strengthen productivity
? Participate in new pharma product and market development activities to provide customer/commercial focus and to assure that the sales force in prepared to rapidly execute entry to new product lines and markets
? Create communication and learning platform within EPD to continuously enhance corporate culture admiration and functional capabilities
? Coordinate with Marketing, medical, BU training team to create, execute, evaluate value added sales rep phase training with flawless quality
? Measure the effectiveness of sales rep training programs and tools
? Certify sales team for knowledge, skill, tool mastery in phase training session
? Coordinate the implementation and assist with the development of all pharmaceutical training materials for the field sales organization including self-instructional material, learning texts, visual aids, training and support manuals and special training literature
? Coordinate activities between the sales and marketing organizations by working directly with marketing managers in the development of communication and training materials for the field sales organization
? Develop tools and training for Key Opinion Leaders development
? Partner with RDPAC organization to implement medical rep certification
REQUIREMENTS:
? Industry experiences: 8 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience required
? Position experiences:
- Minimum 3 or above year working experience as sales manager
- Minimum 5 or above year training experience in large joint venture pharmaceutical company is preferred
? Language Skills:
- Proficient in verbal and wirtten communication
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
? Other Special requirement:
? Good leadership skill, organizational skill
? Good understanding of business and product knowledge
? Strong communication and presentation skill
? Strong teamwork spirit
? Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential
? Should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
? Proactive and ability to learn
