JOB TITLE: IT Manager (HQ)

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The IT Corporate Manager will be responsible for, efficient implementation and use, maintenance of Information and Communication Technologies equipment and applications in the plants of Gonvvama, acting as first point of contact with Gonvvama business users.


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
He/she will lead a team of 4-5 IT specialists in the plants. The IT Manager will hierarchically report to the CFO or COO of Gonvvama and will have a functional report to the Business Technology Manager from the IT Heaquarter, to ensure 100% alignment regarding IT policies, procedures and strategy.


DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
？ Acting as first point of contact with internal clients at plants, corporate departments and IT Headquarter, tracking and communicating issue progresses and results to all the participants.
？ Understanding business needs and ensuring the alignment of IT and business requirements & strategy. IT demand management.
？ Supervising the implementation of agile and efficient applications to improve the total experience of ownership.
？ Developing IT strategy according to the corporate strategic plan, ensuring that applications do what is required and are easy to operate and to evolve.
？ Working together with IT supply to transform business needs into functional requirements and successful applications.
？ Determining and communicating cost- benefit analysis results. Elaborating Business case for initiatives.
？ Managing the CAPEX and OPEX IT budget. Negotiating with IT local providers based on the overall agreements of Gonvvama.
？ IT projects management.
？ IT solutions functional support: SAP and Manufacturing execution system (MES).
？ Coordinate the IT team of Gonvvama plants.
？ Monitor KPI´s for IT services in China.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
？ University Degree.
？ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management in large corporate environment (experience in a subsidiary of a multinational company is preferred).
？ The candidate must have a combination of these skills & experience (it´s not mandatory to fulfill all the requirements but highly preferred:
？ Former experience implementing/supporting SAP.
？ Knowledge of business processes.
？ Knowledge of computer units, cabling, servers, operating systems, Microsoft databases, Cisco equipment is highly preferred.
？ Former experience implementing/supporting MES systems.


OTHER
？ Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
？ Analytical mindset and hands on problem solving approach.
？ Detail oriented, smart,; able to communicate efficiently with all the departments and to educate users; able to anticipate, detect and solve problems as well as to suggest improvements; trustworthy person, that will maintain confidentiality about information.
？ Full professional competence in English and in Chinese, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
？ Excellent oral communication skills, being able to transmit complex technical ideas in simple terms.
？ Highly proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
？ Based in Changshu but able to travel up to 40% of time. 举报 分享
