岗位职责：

？ 协助动力、能源管理，提高能源使用效率
Support for power and energy management, increase the efficiency of energy consumption.
？ 监督水处理、固废管理、施工现场承包商满足公司HSE管理体系要求
Inspect contractors responsible for water treatment, waste management, and site construction meet Aleris Dingsheng HSE Management System requirements.
？ 协调新项目编制《环境评价报告书》，《职业卫生影响评价》填报项目“三同时”报告，支持项目的环保验收
Coordinate to write "Environmental Impact Assessment" , occupational health assessment report for new project, submit the project's "Three Synchronies Application & Permit" report, coordinate to get environmental /occupational check and acceptance of the project.
？ 负责公司排污申报工作，协调公司内、外环境监测
Responsible for the pollutant discharge application, coordinate the external/internal environmental monitoring.
？ 负责公司排污许可证的获得、并进行管理
Responsible for obtaining the pollutant discharge permit and conducting management.
？ 及时提交环保局及爱励鼎胜所需的报告
Generate and submit reports required by the government and mother company.
？ 策划、开发并实施相关的HSE培训
Planning，Develop and Implement the related HSE training.
？ 确定和收集适用于公司所有最新的国家、地方法律和其他要求并定期进行更新
Identify and collect HSE laws and regulations appropriate to Aleris Dingsheng and update regularly.
？ 指导建立并保持公司HSE管理体系
Provide support for Aleris Dingsheng Environment/occupational health Management Sysstem development and implementation.
？ 指导并保持公司法规符合性审核工作
Support and keep for Aleris Dingsheng Compliance assurance auditing.
？ 负责公司生产管理体系环境/安全要素的协调工作
Act as a coordinator to development Aleris Production System HSE element.
？ 代表HSE管理者代表主持定期的跨部门小组会议
Lead HSE Cross Function Team meeting on behalf of HSE Management Representative.
？ 支持职业卫生相关事项的管理
Support occupational health related issue management



岗位要求：

? 大学以上学历
University / College degree preferable
? 三年以上的管理体系工作经验
3+ years EMS experience in heavy industrial sector preferred
? 良好的写、说、读英语能力
Excellent English language skills - written, spoken and reading CET-6 preferred
? 良好的交流沟通能力
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
? 独立工作能力
The ability work independently
? 能够从团队成员那里获得经验取得进步
Able to obtain progress from team members
? 良好的团队协作能力
