核心职责：
1.负责安排生产员工的计划与时间
2. 管理生产车间的人员安排以满足客户对产量的需要
3.直接管理生产车间的所有人员（70-150人）

岗位要求：
1. 有3年以上生产安排或轮班经验
2. 熟悉铸造、热轧或电镀其中任何一种生产工艺的要求或特性
3. 有基本的英文口语能力

TASK:
？ Responsible for the daily management of the team
？ Arrange the operators’ shift working time
？ Maintain a quality plant that produces quality product and guarantees reliable deliveries to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers;
？ Work to fulfill all strategic objectives highlighted in the company strategic plan;
？ Oversee the balance of production capacity in each process units, the reducing of in-process inventory, the arrangement of production manpower and efficiently improvement of production bottle neck to achieve low cost, high quality and short cycle time;
？ To manage an operation that reflects the highest standards of 6S management;
？ To set goals for efficiencies and utilization, and continually measure and compare to those goals;
？ To submit and manage to an annual budget, and to ensure that departments are held accountable for their results;
？ Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with quality requirements to ensure efficient and safe operation in our company;
？ Provides ideas and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures;
？ To manage a work force that is dedicated to customer satisfaction;
？ Other tasks assigned.
