职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the definition of process parameter in order to cast rolling slabs for the production of heat-treatable and non-heat treatable Aluminum plates
2. Responsible for the metallurgical quality of the Aluminum rolling slabs castin the Zhenjiang plant with respect to internal requirements, standards and customer specifications
3. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Standard Work Procedures regarding cast process parameters and definitions
4. Responsible for the metallurgical qualifications of cast house products with customers
5. Responsible for continuous improvement of the quality of Aluminum cast products and for the definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of quality issues
Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar position in the Aluminium industry, preferably in the production of direct chill cast rolling slabs of various Aluminium alloys
2. Very good understanding of the interactions of material composition, casting parameters and cast process design with cast microstructure and quality of the rolling slab
3. Sound knowledge of cast house technique for Aluminium alloys
4. Knowledge of industrial standards regarding quality management such as ISO 9000 series
5. Workable English in speaking and writing area with foreign colleagues
6. Very systematic, result oriented and purposeful working style
7. Taking over responsibility for results
8. Ability for fast and self-motivated learning
