职位描述：

1.Provides the leadership on technical and quality management and all the relative initiatives and activities to the entire facility, ensures the organization of technical and quality is in effective and support business operations for profitable grow

2.Responsible for selecting and developing technical and quality employees and ensures they are capable to support business short term and long term operations, and keep technical and quality in leading competitive position.

3.Manages and update the organization’s quality management system that conform to ISO9001 standard and maintain the certification.

4. Takes responsibility to facilitate the entire section teams for MQ12005 and MQ13005 certifications, and meet certification goal. This needs to fully understand the MQ12005 and MQ13005 process and frequently communications with UCPG/TTTD in Peoria and corporate quality certification teams.

5. Extend the quality management from manufacturing to supplier base and establish the partnership with suppliers and improve supplier quality. Implement the MQ12005 program in some of the key suppliers and provide the certification support and also conduct periodical audit.

6. Manages the customer quality response process both for quality feedback for improvement and also quality failure analysis. Supervises the reporting of MDRF and SPN report and proactively manages the quality improvement.

7. Leads technical teams both metallurgical & heat treat engineering and process engineering to provide the technical support to undercarriage manufacturing at ATL.

8. Ensures the process capability are met the requirement of product quality and reliability, and ensure to use the right process to make the right quality and right products.

9. Takes the leadership for the continuously improvement of product and process, maintain the core competency of in undercarriage manufacturing, this role is not only responsible for manufacturing and assembly but also works very closely with global purchasing and supplier for supplier quality improvement and contribute to product and quality reliability.

10. Leads and supports NPI process at for profitable grow, this requires proactive participation in all related NPI projects both Caterpillar and OEMs. Also monitors the process to ensure adherence to 6 Sigma NPI process.

11. Manages the capital forecast for the facility to meet both short term and long term plan. This requires analyzing the capital budget, making sure capital forecast match production or other

requirements, and be sure to make the right investment to meet robust process requirements and also internal return rate.

12. Leads the selection of new technology and manufacturing processes for the facility operations. Requires attendance to technology forum and close liaison with all other undercarriage facilities.

13. Being the 6 Sigma sponsor for the facility requires active participation in Black Belt selection processes, to ensure encoding of 6 Sigma through out the facility.

14. Supports operational excellence and requires leading all (re) certification efforts ISO, CPS and CPS related, MQ12005 etc., ensures all related processes are in place and manages adherence to all certification requirements.

机械制造等相关专业，本科及以上学历，英语四级以上，制造业工厂15年以上工作经验，5年以上经理经验。
