job_description_responsibilities:
This position is Responsible for products technical support for the HEX assembly line. Performs Engineering Change and conduct Work Instruction update/regeneration when EC (engineering change) released; Participates in CXL annual NPI projects and new PAN (product activity notice) performance activities; Working on the machines/components export projects to support the company profitability goals; Provides assembly line with new tools, fixtures and equipment for work situation & process improvement; Participates in CXL 6 SIGMA projects and lean projects; Participates in CAT MQ12005, MQ13005 certificate and CPS evaluate activities; Participates in annual capital forecast and manages capital projects; Assembly line capacity analysis and layout issues. Adheres to standards established, policy and practices related to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc. in performing assigned duties.

required_skills_qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree of majors related to engineering.
2) At least 2~3 years’ experience related to manufacturing technology(preference assembly technology).
3) Good English, computer and communication skills.
