职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助建立并完善员工绩效管理体系，并组织实施；
2、组织各部门完成绩效管理方案的宣导与培训工作；
3、组织实施各部门员工绩效考核方案，并组织考核过程中的监督和指导；
4、组织汇总绩效考核结果，并对员工绩效考核结果进行分析，编制总结报告，并提出各部门绩效改进建议；
5、组织实施绩效评价面谈；
6、协助上级完成其他相关绩效管理工作。

任职要求：
1、人力资源、劳动经济、心理学、管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上人力资源管理岗工作经验，2年以上绩效管理工作经验；
3、熟悉国家相关法律法规，具有一定财务会计知识；
4、人力资源管理理论基础扎实，熟悉现代人力资源管理技巧，熟悉企业薪酬绩效设计与实操，有中型以上规模企业实战经验者优先；
5、强烈的敬业精神与责任感，工作原则性强；
