POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Description:
Manage and coordinate the communication between local vendors, client and the company, a logistics service provider so as to deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.
管理和协调当地供货商、客户和公司各物流运作部门的沟通和协调，保证提供超出客户期望的服务水准。
？ Process daily customer orders timely and accurately
？ Coordinate with operation team for orders’ pickup/packing/dispatching
？ Track daily deliveries with trucking co. and end customers closely
？ Deal with operation issues and report to supervisor clearly
？ Follow the operation process and update required reports
？ Establish and maintain goods relationship with Customer
？ 每天及时和准确地处理客户订单
？ 与团队成员协调合作完成订单的采集，整理和分配
？ 通过卡车公司追踪每天的送货情况并与终端客户紧密联系
？ 处理实际工作中的问题并清楚地报告给主管
？ 按照工作流程办事并且及时更新所需报告
？ 建立并维护与客户的良好关系

Requirements:
The position requires
？ College degree or above
？ A clear systematic & analytical thinker, process orientated.
？ Service-minded candidates with a good initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team
？ Positive, responsive, dependable, caring, understanding and well-organized candidates with excellent communication skills (written and oral)
？ Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
？ Good command of oral and written English
？ Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
？ Conversant with main MS software applications (Excel, PPT, etc)
？ 大专及以上学位
？ 要求思路清晰，有较强的分析能力并且以流程为导向
？ 有服务意识，工作主动, 积极努力，与团队融合
？ 乐观，负责，关心，较强的理解力和较好的组织能力和沟通能力（包括说和写）
？ 能够在压力下在繁忙的环境中工作
？ 英语说写具佳
？ 良好正直的道德品质
