职位描述：

This role to support on training, recruitment and culture promotion activities in Roof WGQ plant to support the business growth.

Principle Accountabilities:

Assist HR Supervisor on monthly headcount forecast and budget control,

?Handle hourly recruitment requirement and some salaried positions as well,

?Maintain effective onboarding training process,

?Assist HR Supervisor to establish annual training plan,

?Implement training plan and follow up effectiveness,

?Maintain and optimize company culture promotion channels,

?Organize employee activities,

?Maintain training and hiring database,

?Prepare monthly report,

?Other temporary assignment.

Education/Experience:

?Bachelor degree, national human resource certification is preferred,

?At least 3 years related working experience in foreign invested manufacturing plant,

?Good English communication skill and CET 6 preferred,

?Good literacy in office software, such as word, excel, project, Photoshop and PowerPoint

?Self-motivated, result-oriented, service-focused,

?High level of interpersonal skills and team spirit,
