Major responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.Book-in and maintain the engineering data in SAP according to SAP operation manual.
根据SAP操作手册，在SAP中输入和维护相关数据。
2.Audit the correctness and compliance of engineering data of SAP operated by neighbour departments or colleagues. 审计相关部门或同事在SAP中数据的的准确性。
3.Create BOMs or drawings with cooperation or under direction of Design Engineer.
在设计工程师的指导下，编写BOM表或绘制相关图纸。
4.Be responsible for technical specifications or files’ creation, edition, amendment, revision, updating,
releasing, abandoning, i.e. M/C drawings, GA drawings, original drawings, technical specification, BOMs.
负责技术规格或文件的创建、编辑、修改、修订、更新、释放、废止,如加工图纸、总装图纸、原始图纸、技术规范、BOM。
5.Be responsible for product literatures’ creation, edition, amendment, revision and releasing, i.e. Type series booklet, 2 pages, pricelist, presentation, summary report.
负责产品文献创建、编辑、修订和释放,如产品样本、2-Page、价格表、演示、总结报告。
6.Be responsible for translation some of files in English if need.
如必要，需负责翻译一些英文文件。
7.Monitor the files control situation according to ISO quality control system.
根据ISO质量管理体系，监控文件控制情况。
8.Follow up the status or progress on new product development or some specific projects on hand.
跟踪新产品开发或一些特定项目的进展状态。
9.Maintain and update copies of standards relevant to our range of products.
维护和升级与公司有关的产品标准。

Requirement profile:
任职资格：
1、College degree in mechanical or production Engineering
机械相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、Valves and SAP(ERP) field working experience is preferred
有阀门行业工作经验和SAP或ERP经验优先；
3、At least 2 years experience
两年以上工作经验；
4、Skilled in SAP, CAD, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.
熟练应用SAP/CAD/WORD/EXCEL/PPT等；
5、Good communication skills and cooperation spirit.
Patient, active and carefulness.
良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神，耐心、主动以及仔细；
6、Good English in written and reading.
良好的英语读写能力。
