Job Description:
? Customer interface and Demand Forecast, PO commitment 作为跟客户对口的订单管理者，需要有需求预测的能力，对订单进行审核和交付的承诺
? MPS management and Revenue Projection 制定主生产计划，对公司营业收入进行预测和实施的监控

Requirement：

2. EIT Buyer (采购专员) ：
Job Description：
? Through closely tracking with vendors to ensure materials on-time delivery and availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule; 通过与供应商紧密确认以确保物料及时交付，以便于可以按照主计划生产进度表支持生产排程；
? Control materials cost and the inventory to keep company competitive;控制物料成本以及库存以保持公司竞争力；

3. EIT Inventory Analyst (库存分析) :
Job Description:
? Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up; 为生产线确保物料的准时供给，预报及分析任何缺料并紧密跟进；
? Review any internal down time；追溯停线的内部原因；
? Help locate/expedite any hot parts；协助急料的配料及上线
? Perform any Backflushes 处理产线退料
? Review and Clear PPL 审阅和清理Post Process List
? Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis; 通过盘点及差异根本原因调查及分析来保持库存正确性；

Job Description:
? Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability;根据目前的技术能力，设计和优化产品生产流程；
? Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime;研究和评估设备性能以减少机器停机时间；
? Specify equipment’s financial justification; 详细定义设备的财务理由；

Job Description:
? Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly; 开发和保持有效，高效及安全的装配组装流程；
? Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system; 在所有制造流程以及各种系统包括流程，物料及信息流系统中，要确定，分析及实施提升。
? Job Description:
? Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer; 与客户设计及开发测试程序；

? To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration;接口供应商进行机器的维护及校准；

7. EIT QA Engineer (品质工程师) ：
Job Description:
? Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions; 始终通过生产线监督过程产量，识别且帮助解决产量降低问题，并实施推动内部校正措施；
? Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions; 推动客户校正措施，必要时与客户沟通确保校正措施的核实；
? Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality; 执行实验法，工序能力研究，或其他技术评估来提升产量及质量；
? Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift; 进行内部沟通，确保生产信息持续交流且有效贯穿在产线；
? Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date. 按照规格偏离授权书确保流程完成，跟进变更的有效和过期日。

Job Description:
? Maximize product quality and efficiency；最大化生产质量及有效性；
? Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority;根据产品优先性，与生产线经理沟通安排组织产线工作量；
? Review build to schedule, monitor on time delivery; 检阅建立时间表，监督按时交付；
? Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship standards and monitor the SPC system closely in order to fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately.确保工作满足并超越Jabil工作者标准，紧密监控SPC系统以确保修复重复性及迅速识别问题。
