岗位职责
1、通过在线聊天工具（阿里旺旺）与客户沟通，解答顾客提问，引导顾客进行购买，促成交易；
2、协助沟通物流部门查询跟踪包裹，处理订单售后；
3、负责责客户疑难订单的追踪和查件，处理评价、投诉等；
任职资格
1、能够熟练的操作电脑，打字速度必须在50个字/分以上，头脑机灵；
2、能吃苦耐劳、有耐心、有责任心、肯学习；
3、有团队意识，对顾客认真负责态度；抗压能力强。
4、能适应调班合倒班。
