职位描述：
负责公司项目成本管理及分析的职责,熟悉财务报表,熟悉税务工作。
Responsible for the company's project cost management and the analysis. Familiar with financial statements, tax rules and practices.

2.2负责固定资产的管理、处置、报废和核实，提高资产利用率，提供固定资产管理报告。
Responsible for fixed assets management, disposal, scrap and verification. Improve asset utilization and provide fixed assets management reports.

2.3 负责库存的管理、盘点、处置、报废和核实，并提供库存盘点、报废报告、库存准备金计提报告。
Responsible for inventory management, disposal, scrap and verification. Provide stock count report, scrap report and stock provision report.

2.4 及时编制项目统计等公司内部报表，并协助财务月度结账工作。
Prepare project statistics and internal reports in a timely manner and assist in monthly financial closing.

2.5及时跟进项目进展，协助项目经理进行资产、成本的计算、差异分析。
Timely follow up project progress, to assist the Project Manager for assets, cost calculation and variance analysis.

2.6实施ERP财务管理系统的有效操作流程的控制。
Implement ERP financial management system and effectively perform process control.

2.7为领导提供决策支持，以及其他临时交办的工作。
To provide decision support for management team, and perform other ad-hoc jobs.

3任职要求：
Qualification requirement:
3.1大学本科以上学历，财务会计专业毕业；
University bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting;

3.2 至少两年以上成本会计工作经验，熟悉企业制造过程的财务管理；
At least two years working experience in cost accounting, familiar with financial management of manufacturing process;

3.3具备会计上岗资格；
Qualification Certificate for accounting work;

3.4熟悉国家财务、税务政策和相应会计法规与制度；
Familiar with national finance rules, tax policy and the corresponding accounting regulations;

3.5能熟练使用ERP软件及其他办公室应用软件；
