Tasks Description
Business Continuity Task:
? Responsible for the implementation of the business continuity plan
(BCP)for the shared service center office(SSO) based on the global
structure
? Manages / monitors the availability of relevant documentation for the
backup tasks in close cooperation with knowledge management activities
in the SSO
? Responsible for the availability of required backup infrastructure
? Responsible for the organization of regular BCP simulation,
periodically, rotating, selected scope to gauge level of readiness.
? Ensures distributed knowledge within process including regular
trainings activities for identified backup staff, especially dedicated
training sessions for countries to be covered
? Responsible for the orchestration of the handover of tasks between
centers in case of a disaster
Requirements Description
- A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting
- Above 3 years accounting experience is requested and SSC related
experience will be a plus
- Good IT knowledge, especially FA related SAP modules, and Bayer
internal tools/systems
- Comprehension for teamwork, ability for conflict management and
social competence are vital.
- Very good English and Mandarin language skills required, both written
and oral
- Background in relevant business continuity topics (preferred but not
a must)
- Able to travel
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Stress handling be able to work under pressure
- Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
