1.Information about the assignment
Position: R&D Director
Location: Henan
Main responsibilities:
Provide the leadership and to take ownership and responsibility of all R&D projects.
Lead and manage R&D advance technology development activities in refrigeration and related technologies.
Responsible for the projects or assignments involving refrigeration technology innovation and cooperation with external institutes or laboratories.
Assist and support the R&D team in future product development plans as a key think-tank member.
Lead and manage an assigned R&D team to work with the commercial and operations teams to determine and to chart the roadmaps of new products.
Work closely with the relevant departments to ensure the timely design, modification and launching of new products.

2.Desired profile of the candidate

Education: University degree or above in Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
Language: Good command of spoken and written English, and mandarin.
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge with specialization in refrigeration systems.
Skilled in manufacturing and assembly processes.
A proven track record in commercial refrigeration with in-depth understanding of market functions, needs and concepts.
A strong communicator to work with a range of customers and cross departments to effectively articulate product design, features and function.
Collaborative team player with the ability to excel in a fast paced multi-functional environment where priorities may change regularly. 举报 分享
