职位描述

Key Accountabilities

1. Account Analysis & Planning
Develop account management plans, including call rates, call frequency, primary contacts, etc., based on assigned list of customers.
Evaluate account sales information and performance relative to agreed contract / Customer KPIs.

2. New Account Selling
Engage high value major account prospects and explore / identify longer term strategic product and service needs.
Follow up identified customer opportunities for solution selling opportunities.
Compile required market intelligence data in related industrial sectors to facilitate business development opportunities.

3. Existing Account & Contract Management
Establish account team and ensure on-going communication of relevant account information - eg: documented and agreed products, services and delivery needs.
Hold regular account / contract review meetings to track performance relative to plan.
Identify product, service and solution opportunities.
Take responsibility in managing a team of account managers and related back-office staff independently

4. Adhere to the following

Quality Management System

5. Housekeeping and hazard reporting

6. Fulfill training requirements

7. Maintain product and market knowledge

8. Other tasks /projects as assigned by management


Experience / Background

7~10 years experience in related industry and/or in a sales management role.
Possess a strong aptitude and/or proven track record in managing large sized customers and/or key accounts.
Proven ability to communicate/converse at all levels within the customers organization
Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages (iScala, MS CRM, VPP) required.
Commercially minded with a basic understanding of all related products and services. Ability to make decisions and/or influence decision makers
University Degree in Engineering / Business Studies, or above 10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
