Duties & Responsibilities:
  Responsibilities require experience in dealing directly with Commerical Print Vendors on a strategic level,including:
    ● Planning and developing an accredited Print Level Vendor network
    ● Developing Vendor relationships at Senior Level as well as Executive Level
    ● Clearly define the FXGS client objectives and their print production requirements
    ● Manage Vendor relationships working jointly with FX Docment Advisors, key stakeholders, marketing staff and Client's creative
       agencies and studios
    ● Develop systems and process improvement strategies to increase quality communication and client service delivery
    ● Manage Client's expectations according to contracted SLAs (Client Service Level Agreements)
    ● Issue and Dispute Resolutions
    ● Implement systems and processes associated with Compliances
    ● Digital Asset Management, Service Delivery, Distribution
    ● Work within Financial Targets and profitable financial models
    ● Conduct regular reviews around print quality and service delivery requirements
    ● Assist in developing a stronger Vendor supply network and distribution chain
    ● Participate regularly in project meetings relative to Print sourcing and provide guidance

  Responsible for the key procurement activities, strategic procurement initiatives and supplier management, includes:
    ● Provide oversight of all purchases in compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and clients rules and regulations
    ● Evaluate, make recommendations and develop purchasing policies and procedures to bring greater profitability into the
       business
    ● Work with team to ensure that material, service, and contractual requirements are met in a timely manner
    ● Serve as the primary resource for customers, vendors and staff as necessary to interpret policies and procedures, assessing
       client needs and providing dispute resolution when necessary
    ● Continually evaluate products and services offered by existing and prospective vendors
    ● Thorough evaluation of competitive proposals in selecting the vendor
    ● Source competitive prices within appropriate timeframes
    ● Research alternative technologies or processes in order to offer a more competitive or effective solution and develop new
       markets

Selection Criteria:
    ● Three to five years minimun experience working in a similar function with similar responsibilities
    ● Advanced technical understanding and working experience of all print manufacturing methodologies (Prepress, offset, digital,
       screen, large format inkjet, finishing) is a MUST
    ● Extensive knowledge of the supply chain (print, embellishments, finishing, distribution)
    ● Experience working on projects extending from Creative through to finished print production/sourcing and distribution
    ● Experience working with major FXGS Corporate Client requirements - marketing collaterals
    ● On site consultative approach and negotiation with potential Vendors
    ● Able to localize the content and compliance of an SLA / Tender / Contract
    ● In depth understanding of Corporate branding and marketing
    ● Capable of working with and establishing an accredited supply chain network (local and overseas)
    ● Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to print manufacture (ISO 12647)
    ● Knowledge of procurement and sourcing
    ● Solid administration skills (PC based)
    ● Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    ● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects , self time managed
    ● Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
    ● Professional, ethical and with good personal values
    ● Team player - proven leader, ambitious, forward thinking and intelligent
    ● MUST have high levels of enthusiasm and energy, deadline driven
    ● Strong understanding of print process, 4 years' experience in printing management
    ● Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
    ● Able to cope with multiple stakeholders
    ● Process driven, hardworking and able to self-manage
    ● Able to deal with pressure, work to tight deadlines and embrace change
    ● Excellent communication and presentation skills
    ● Demonstrate a commitment to quality and service excellence
    ● Work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
    ● Takes a logical and systematic approach to work and monitor performance
    ● Intermediate / advance knowledge of Excel
