Position Specification:
The incumbent is responsible for accounting and Taxation for Shanghai High Rise CLC, including the following:
1) General Ledger accounting
2) Tax supervision
Basic Accountabilities:
1) General Ledger Accounting
? Manage all GL entries of High Rise CLC, including CAR, Provision, Taxation, payroll and month/year end closing.
? Responsible for Account verification for PR. Review and check the accuracy of Trial balance
? Verify and release High Rise CLC vendor master file in JDE and ensure documentation flows are consistently followed.
? Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting and HFM reporting.
2) Tax Supervision
? Manage Jinshui (VAT) for Input VAT and sales VAT invoicing.
? Ensure all tax compliance for VAT, BT, Withholding tax, stamp duty and Transfer price filing.
? Responsible for Monthly tax filing. Build up goods communication with local tax authority.
? Complete Annual tax filing and company license certification.

1. Internal: Factory Finance / FPA / Tax & Treasury
2. Procurement, material and logistics
3. External
Qualification Requirement:
1) Education: A bachelor degree holder and a qualified accountant.
2) Experience: 3 - 5 years of working experience from MNC and accounting firm with at least 2 years in manufactory finance experience, particularly on product costing
3) Language: Good Chinese and English
4) Computer Skills: Previous experience with JDE is a preferred skill
5) Other Key Competencies: Good communications and interpersonal skills. Strong service mindset. Good time management skills in handling multiple task with strict deadlines
