职位描述：
experience from a technical background, Nationality: Any but mandarin speaking with excellent English
Location: Ideally living and operating in Shenzhen who know the local market
Sector Experience: further or higher education projects on CV (ideally in a consultancy capacity)

Responsibilities:
? Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives
? Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
? Plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
? Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
? Project plan, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
? Advise upon the procurement of resources
? Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
? Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance
? Manage the change control process
? Monitor and advise upon project finances
? Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
? Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports
? Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
? Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients
? Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
? Degree qualifications in construction, project management or similar function
? Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
? A team player who is hands-on and meticulous in his/her work
? Possess excellent communication and people handling skills
? Possess initiative and able to work independently
? Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
? Experience working in MNC companies will be an advantage, ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
