职位描述：
The Swedish brand Daniel Wellington is one of the fastest growing watch companies in the world and have since its inception in 2011, sold over 4 million watches. Our collection of premium fashion-watches is aspirational, yet with accessible price points. Daniel Wellington is the biggest watch brand on Instagram and has sold to over 190 countries worldwide through its web shop alone.

Responsibilities/岗位职责：
1.Reply to the Japanese mail, answer customer inquiries, deal with customer complaints, to assist in the after-sales service. In view of the characteristics of the Japanese market, to provide customer service in line with the expectations of Japanese customers.
    回复日文邮件，解答客人咨询，处理客人投诉，协助售后工作。针对日本市场特点，提供符合日本顾客期待的客户服务。
2.Answer Japanese customer phone calls, solve the problem for the customer quickly and effectively
    接听日文客服电话，快速、有效地为客人解决问题
3.Assist customer service department and Hongkong warehouse to deal with other customer service related issues, such as UPS problem order, order address is not complete, order goods out of stock, etc.
   协助客服团队以及香港仓库处理其他客服相关问题，如UPS问题件、订单地址不完整、订购商品缺货等
4.Provide support to the social commerce department
   为社交媒体推广团队提供支持

Requirements/任职要求：
1.Related bachelor degree or above, major in Japanese is preferred, Japanese is good at listening and speaking;
   相关专业本科及以上学历，日语专业优先，日语听说能力良好；
2.Strong communication skills, be able to communicate with customers smoothly by phone, email, etc.
   沟通能力强，能够通过电话、邮件等方式与客人顺畅沟通；
3.have customer service work experience is preferred;
   具备客服相关工作经验者尤佳；
4.Japanese company working experience is preferred, study experience in Japan or Japanese translation experience is preferred.
   有日企工作经历者优先，有留学经历或翻译经验者优先；
5.Meticulous and patient, have team spirit

The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
