1. 大学在校学生，一周至少有三天可参加实习；
2. 熟练的CAD操作水平，能用英语在工作中进行交流；（会SolidWorks 优先）
3. 能熟练运用电脑，能适应较强的工作节奏；
4. 有较强的目标意识，能够按时完成领导分配的任务；
