职位描述：

Duties & Responsibilities：

• Be responsible for installation of FXGS solutions.
• Manage the buying and delivery process of goods or services on behalf of Fuji Xerox China or specific clients.
• Plan, implement and monitor operation system and process that meets contract requirements.
• Be responsible for achieving cost saving and profit for the assigned accounts.
• Take full responsibility of labor management, utilization, sourcing, hiring and motivation.
• Client facing and general coordination with client merchandising managers.
• Coach and counsel team members on all operation processes.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction management.
• Support vendor management.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above, major in related subject such as project management, business management, Marketing is preferred.
• 5-8 years operation management & customer service experience.
• Experience in managing multifunctional/multitask operations.
• Experience in managing cost/revenue center.
• Customer interface skill.
• Strong people management/leadership skill.
• Good knowledge and experience of Supply Chain Management in China is Desirable.
• Basic knowledge supply chain process.
• Understand POD/traditional printing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Visual, branding, merchandising,printing is a plus.
• Problem solving ability.
• Hardware & Software background is a plus.
• Electronic publishing and systems literacy, machinery background is a plus.
• Fluent English（CET-4 at least）in speaking and writing.
