职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:

1, Lead the team to process reimbursement applications;

2, Lead the team to provide high quality monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports;

3, Liaise with auditors and professional consultants to carry out required company audit/compliance activities;

4, Make daily operational decisions with flexibility but in accordance with Finance policies and Guidelines;

5, Keep updated of local accounting/compliance law to local management team and subsequently revise and update Finance & Accounting policies & programs accordingly; 6, Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit;

7, Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, departments and branches as necessary;

8, Help for people management, coaching and development to raise the direct reported employee competency;

9, Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Job requirements:

1, University graduate and CPA/ACCA qualification with minimum 8 years of finance experience preferably in multinational companies with at least 2 years at management;

2, Solid hands-on and technical experience in finance and accounting is a must; 3, Familiar with practices and statutory requirements in China;

4, Strong analytical and problem solving skill;

5, Strong interpersonal and communication skill;

6, Good command of written and spoken English and local language; 7, A team player;
