Responsibities:
1. Achieves area sales operational objectives by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
2. Maintains and expands customer base by managing territories teams attached to the Shanghai, Beijing, and Wuhan branch offices; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
3. Leads, motivates, and develops operations and sales workforce. Fosters a customer-centric approach to sales and service
4. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results such as e-Commerce and e-Solution share, Corporate Sales as needed.
Qualifications
1. Strong business acumen.
2. Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. 5 years of successful business management experience; previous branch or territory management.
4. Sales and client relation, retention and development experience
Coaching/mentoring experience with branch management and leadership development staff
