1、Responsible for marketing, business development and customer relations.

2、Conduct selection interview, assessment report and reference checking on potential candidates according to pre-set professional procedures.

3、Promote corporate image and well-beings by actively participate in professional and social events according to company policies。

4、Maintain close contact with existing and potential clients as to provide pro-active needs identification.

5、Supervise Talent Services Specialists in executive search directions and channels to ensure business results.

候选人要求：

1、Formal degree holder preferably in Business Administration.

2、Possesses minimum 3 years’ experience in either customer service or sales and marketing related function.

3、Extrovert, independent, resilient and customer service-oriented.

4、Open-minded, good organization ability and communications skills.

5、Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
