暖通

岗位职责：
1、指导并带领团队完成生建筑中暖通专业全过程咨询工作;
2、与业主和设计院进行沟通,确定建筑暖通系统方案；
3、对设计团队进行技术指导；
4、指导建筑设计模拟分析，包括：自然通风，建筑能耗，建筑环境舒适度等；
5、完成项目汇报等相关工作；
6、参加各种设计协调会议、现场协调和深化施工图纸设计；

7、了解暖通施工工艺，材料运用及布管；

8、负责现场暖通部分的材料进场审核

9、现场负责暖通部分的施工质量、进度和成本控制

10、编制暖通部分的施工周报和月报
11、执行项目内与暖通部分相关的协调与沟通。

12、工作地点：合肥/无锡工地现场

任职资格：
1、本科以上暖通专业毕业；
2、具备一定的暖通专业筑理论知识；
3、从事相关专业工作5年以上，具有外资工程管理公司工作经验优先；
4、良好的沟通技巧和能力；
5、良好的团队协作能力；
6、工作稳重，踏实肯干；
7、了解建筑能耗模拟软件；

8、英语要求熟练，与业主能够独立沟通；
9、熟练使用AotoCAD及暖通专业软件（如鸿业等）；
10、熟练使用MＳ Office及Ｐｒｏｊｅｃｔ软件。
