Job Description:

§ Represent as the client on site to organize Electric related construction works

§ Responsible in controlling the construction technology management related to Electric

§ Work out a project schedule for Electric works which should fit the general project schedule

§ Responsible for review and checking of compliance of construction plan, material specification, brand and

technical property with drawings and client requirement. Settle general quality problems occurred on site and

report to site manager in time; Checking and acceptance of concealed project and checking quantity of

construction related to Electric construction.

§ Follow up and checking the construction procedure ; Follow up and update the construction schedule, checking

construction quality.

§ Responsible for site management for Electric works and provide support in related to safety, quality,

schedule, civil measurement.

§ Checking and confirm all VOs related to Electric construction.

§ Checking and support to solve the pre-conditions for access of Electric contractor.

§ Checking the quantity of Electric Construction works on site regularly and support to updating schedule

§ Responsible for checking the installation and commissioning process of Electric equipment and work out

analysis of malfunction occurred on site.

§ Checking and record of Electric equipment procurement

§ Organize system commissioning

§ Participate project final checking and acceptance

§ And other works assigned by the site manager

Requirement:

§ Senior professional certificate or above

§ Expert in PC and CET-4 above English level

§ Major Electric engineering or automatic

§ Be familiar with Electric design (first level and second level)

§ 5+ years working experience in construction company, Design firm or PM company

§ Familiar with national and local standard related to Electric

§ Familiar with working procedure of 10KV transformer station, including installation, commissioning and

acceptance

§ Familiar with working procedure of 10KV/400V transformer, including installation, commissioning and acceptance

§ Familiar with working procedure of MCC, including installation, commissioning and acceptance

§ Familiar with the application of Exprosion-proof Electric

§ Be able to work under pressure and team work sprit, good at coordination and organization.

§ Be able to work on site

工作职责:

§ 作为建设单位代表组织电气专业的工程建设。负责建设项目的电气专业的施工技术管理。

§ 根据项目总体方案，制定电气相关工程进度。

§ 负责组织施工方案的审查，检察施工过程中材料的规格、品牌、

§ 技术性能等与图纸及客户要求是否一致，对一般性质量问题进行及时处理并上报领导；

隐蔽工程的检查验收，工程量核定。

§ 督促检查施工现场电气施工情况，跟踪施工进度，监督施工质量。

§ 做好施工现场电气专业的管理，协助做好该专业安全、质量、进度、文明施工的管控工作。
做好电气专业工程变更、签证的工程量审核、确认工作。

§ 对本专业施工班组和各分包商进行现场前的前提条件检查，帮助解决问题。
定期审核施工单位所报完成电气专业工程量，协助做好工程进度。

§ 现场安装调试电气设备，分析处理现场故障；

§ 电气设备材料的验收、出入库工作；组织系统试运行。参与工程验收。
完成上级领导安排的其它工作。

要求:

§ 大学学士学历以上

§ 具备中级职称及以上。

§ 计算机精通，英语四级及以上。

§ 电气工程，自动化相关专业。熟悉电气一次、二次设计原理及应用。

§ 5年以上施工单位、设计单位、咨询公司相关岗位的从业经验。

§ 熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉电气类施工图、施工管理和有关电气的施工规范及要求，熟悉工程管理的全部流程。

§ 熟悉和懂得10KV变电所的工作流程，包括安装,调试，验收等。

§ 熟悉和懂得10KV/400V变压器的安装,调试，验收工作。

§ 熟悉和懂得MCC的工作流程，包括安装,调试，验收等。

§ 熟悉和懂得防爆电气在化工厂应用中的特点。

§ 工作态度积极，能够独立开展工作并承受一定的工作压力，有强烈责任心，良好的团队精神和组织协调能力。

§ 吃苦耐劳，能适应长期出差，能驻施工现场工作。

§ 积极主动、团队合作、富有责任心。

§ 年以上大型项目工作经验，至少2年外资公司项目控制经验及至少2年现场项目控制经验
