REQUIREMENTS

1. Higher Diploma or above in mechanical related engineering
2. 5+ years working experience engaged in electromechanical industry
3. Good knowledge on supplier quality management and factory quality assurance system
4. Good knowledge on quality analytical tools such as SPC, 6 sigma, FMEA etc
5. Good knowledge on physical dimension validation of 2D drawings
6. Demonstrated skills on various testing instruments, meters, equipment
7. Good understanding on factory implementation of ISO9001 and/or ISO14001
8. Good understanding on RoHS compliance and factory implementation
9. Demonstrated skills on good project management and technical troubleshooting
10. Good experience on logistics activity management is preferable
11. Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
12. Good documentation practice, presentation and report-writing skill
13. Self-motivated, independent, open-minded and good team player

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily works reporting to Quality and Logistics Manager for the Cable Tray Accessories business (supplier in Shanghai and Yangzhou)

Daily works as following tasks

Management of PO – analysis of PO datas

Quality follow up – monthly quality report

Management of delivery – container goods loading optimization

Management of delivery original documents to various ordering sites

Establish strong links with on-site colleagues for daily works coordination

Daily works reporting to Quality and Logistics Manager for the Overseas pop-up business (supplier in Wenzhou)

Daily works as following tasks

Management of supplier quality performances

Management of non-conformity products and corrective actions follow-up

Supplier quality outgoing report follow-up - monthly quality report

Establish strong links with Huizhou supply chain team and quality team ( sharing of supplier quality information )

Establish good links with CSID Sille Quality manager for regular quality review – regular conf call meeting will be required
