职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
Project drawings digestion;
Design welding fixtures;
Improve production process;
Make product packing layout;
Support quality department;
Other works assigned
主要职责：
项目图纸转化
工装设计
优化生产工艺
制作装箱图
质量问题支持
建立BOM
领导安排的其他工作


Daily Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Make layout drawings as required
？ Design welding fixture as required
？ Solve process problems in production
？ Analyze process failure and give the solution
？ Organize engineering documents as request


Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree on Mechanical or similar;
？ Above 5 years working experience in manufacturing field, welding field is a plus;
？ Good knowledge of manufacturing process, metal sheet and welding process is a plus
？ Good knowledge of 2D and 3D design software, autocad is a must and inventor is a plus
？ Fluent written English, common oral English
？ Good communication skills
任职要求：
1. 本科机械相关专业
2. 3~5年在制造领域的工作经验，焊接领域优先
3. 生产工艺，钣金的相关知识需要具备，焊接工艺优先
4. 2D，3D软件的熟练使用，CAD使用是必须，inventor使用更佳
4. 英文读写要好，简单口语交流即可

Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
