职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job:
Day – Day closing of ICT issues in co-ordination with PC support & helpdesk Team leader. Maintenance of client systems with minimal downtime, and make sure SLA PC support & helpdesk are executed.
2. Major accountabilities:
2.1 Daily ICT supporting
   Day – Day closing of ICT issues in co-ordination with PC support & helpdesk in order to reach daily supporting job’s requirements.
Examples of activities:
Call logging in ticketing software and closing of ICT related calls.
？ Trouble shooting of 1st line Hardware & Software issues
？ Support to end users in Hardware issues and client software packages.
？ Installation and Upgrading of Software related activities.
？ Ensure close of calls the same day and minimal carry on calls the next day.
？ Hardware can be PC’s, printers, peripherals, terminals, scanners, smart phones,…
？ Off hours support for major incidents
？ Support 2nd line with hands on activities for network, servers and server room

2.2 Problem solving
Trouble shooting of first time solved client problem, support to end users in Hardware issues and client software packages, installation and upgrading of software related activities in order to match the goal of 100% problem solving.
2.3 Execution of SLA
Meet SLA requirement which defined by SCO Global and SCO RA to support ongoing business smoothly running.
2.4 Communicate with Corporate and Service Center IT Operations of the Regional Division Asia/Pacific (SCO RA)
      Liaison with Corporate ICT Belgium and SCO RA, when calls are not getting resolved in order to solve the IT problems we do not have permission to solving.
Follow up ZF Standard IT group directives and processes.
Follow up the required tasks base on SCO RA team’s requirement and guidelines.
Timely report and escalate the tickets which need to be supported by upper level team, including SCO RA and SCO Global.
2.5 Hardware ensure
      ZF Standard Hardware model had been defined by SCO Global and SCO RA including: PCs, peripherals, terminals, scanners, smart phones etc. In order to raising hardware rate of return.
2.6 Experience and knowledge sharing
Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.
