职位描述：
Job Title: (Sr.) Sports Marketing Executive

Report to: Sports Marketing Manager
 
Main Responsiblity:
- Work with community started from grass root event like weekly run in retailer level.
- Support Sports Marketing Manager to encourage, manage, control and enhance community activity in China. Build up true base of community
- Work with multi sports community via product seeding, project co-operation and integration with digital returns.
- Support Sports Marketing Manager to spell pinnacle story. Join in global events with athletes.
- Support Sports Marketing Manager to utilize sports assets and grass roots events to associate with outdoor brand and products.
- Support Sports Marketing Manager to develop the procedures to control, track the distribution and manage inventory of promotional products.
    
Needed Competencies:
- Marketing background, with experience to implement event/campaign/project.
- Strong in one or two sports like trail running, ski, climbing, diving, etc.
- Strong intention live with activity and brands.
- Personal connection in sports/outdoor industry with athletes, association, KOL, community etc. will be a plus
- Sports Marketing background with knowledge on sports assets exploring & maintenance will be a plus.
- Experience in sports event planning, execution & results tracking will be a plus
   
Education:
- University degree or above

Needed Work Experience:
