Job Description:
1. Total Production Cost Calculation, Measurement and Variance Analysis.?
2. Support operations in development, analysis of the manufacturing variances, production planning.
3. Lead the activities for Standard cost, hourly rate, capacity, efficiency and utilization with production area.
4. SAP daily support and maintenance on standard cost, rates update, moving price, finding and limitation of the input discrepancy.
5. Lead and track on any special controlling project (e.g. inventory, freight) and keep good cooperation with other departments and head of company.
6. Independent controlling management ability and contribution on controlling development.
7. Daily assistant to controlling manager for any assigned work, support in general financial monthly analysis report.
Qualification and Requirement:
1. Be fluent in both written and spoken English, Bachelor above degree in finance / accounting and economy related subject.
2. Minimum of five years of manufacturing finance work in foreign company, highly experienced in cost analysis of manufacturing, Good MS-Office skills is a must (EXCEL-VB knowledge is advanced).
3. Be familiar with SAP system especially for FI/PP is a must.
4. Strong analytical skills and details-oriented.
5. Be good at standard cost analysis, financial analysis, and reporting management.
