Purpose ( Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives )
Leader of Marketing and Sales Division, which is responsible for Key Account management for current Business and new business development including joint tender, market information collection, project management, communication with customers and HQ.
Requirments:
Education/Experience
Above bachelor degree, have experience on auto logistics field at least 10 years and have 5 years above management experience.
Special knowledge
Standard in spoken/ written English, and computer English,
Business understanding/Competency
Communication, Judgment , Coordination, Management, Active, P&L reading skills
Job Description Details
1. Division Management.
1> Management of all Staff in Marketing and Sales
2> Make an quotation as requested from internal and external
3> Management of current Account relations.
4> Collecting updated information from clients/market and share internally
5> Make the strategy plan of business development
6> Modify the annual budget timely.
7> Work for target customer with other NYK branch/JVs
In order to keep operation going smoothly and more efficiency.
2. Support to top management
1> Prepare monthly report and update on time
2> Share market information
3> Prepare meeting material requested by NYK Tokyo
In order to make sure top management can realize status of company’s business and conditions timely.
3. NYK RORO Vessel Sales./Marketing Activity.
1> Managed and maintained close contact with motor vehicle Customers so they were completely satisfied
2> Window Person for all Customer Matters
3> Spot cargoes sales activities with Customers on a National basis.
4> In Charge of the quotation of freight rates and accepting bookings from Customers within space availability on vessels, obtaining space on both vessels when transshipment involved, then ensuring all bookings are entered into the system and booking numbers provided
5> Conducted research and endeavored to obtain and analyse opposition Line activities and statistical information, reporting to Principals.
6> Undertook tasks as and when required by Car Departments (GHQ & RHQ), reporting back in a timely manner
4. Project Management
1> Acting as Leader of project management for business
2> development including joining tender, collecting market information,
3> Communicating with clients externally as well as new business contact internally within NALC.
4> Market Studies and investigations to help company to
understand Market Development and Future business potential
