职位描述
1. POSITION SUMMARY职位综述
a) Manage Lincoln Electric’s welding equipment business in the related branch office sales territory to achieve maximum sales volume for the full product line.
在相关分公司销售区域内管理林肯电气焊机设备业务以达到产品线的最大销量
b) Support the regional Lincoln sales team to expand machine business within existing end-user customers, as well as broaden the customer base.
支持区域内林肯销售团队扩展现存终端客户焊机销售业务并且扩大客户基础
c) Provide marketing feedback to Lincoln management regarding the regional equipment market, including but not limited to end users, applications, competitors and competitive products, market pricing, distribution channel structure, service practices, sales programs, etc..
向林肯管理层提供区域内焊机销售反馈信息,这些信息包括但不限于终端客户,应用,竞争对手和竞争产品,市场定价,经销渠道,服务实践,销售计划等
d) Develop, plan, and manage internal and external training related activities.
开发,计划和管理内部及外部培训及相关活动
e) Actively demonstrate the full range of welding equipment manufactured by Lincoln China.
积极展示林肯中国制造的各种焊机产品
f) Coordinate distributor activities and interactions.
协调经销商活动及互动
g) Provide consistent and accurate forecasts for production and inventory control requirements.
对生产计划和库存控制提供一致和精确的预测
h) Work with Service team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of service related activities.

· Develop extensive knowledge of the welding equipment market in his/her territory – end users, applications, competitors and competitive products, market pricing, distribution channels, service practices, sales programs, etc…

· Develop an effective and successful distributor structure / network in the region.

· Effectively demonstrate equipment setup, operation, and control to end-user customers and distributors.

· Interact and communicate effectively with related departments and personnel in the Lincoln organization.

· Effectively integrating the interest of sales personnel toward the achievement of a common goal – effective collaboration while lacking any direct authority over the sales division or the personnel

· Develop direct customer access, key personnel contacts, and continually expand the customer base.

6. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS技能要求
2-3 years experience in sales of welding equipment, welding consumables, and application knowledge development – including a demonstrated proficiency in selling capabilities which includes hands-on demonstration, equipment setup, process control, application knowledge, etc... Strong problem solving skill and capability. Familiarity with machine development, equipment design and operation, and equipment manufacturing processes. An ability to proactively participate in continuous improvement and new product development. Self motivated and capable of working and communicating effectively and complex sales environment. Willingness to travel frequently. Good presentation skills and ability to write reports, business recommendations, and strategic support documents.
2-3年焊接设备,焊材销售和应用知识-包括熟练的销售技能(包括手工示范,焊机组建,过程控制,应用知识等);解决问题的技能;熟悉焊机发展,设计,操作和制造过程;参与产品的改进和新产品研发;主动性强,工作能力高,有效的沟通和处理复杂环境;频繁出差;好的展示技能,善于写报告,业务建议和文件。
