1. Position Summary
Provide service activities for arc welding equipment manufactured by Lincoln Electric.


2. Responsibilities
- Implement the service policy made by company.
- Cooperate with Lincoln Authorized Field Service Shops in service supplying.
- Support sales department in related sales activities.
- Provide back up service support to Field Service Shops or Customers if necessary.
- Be responsible for Warranty Issues, Spare Parts Stock and Customers Training.

3. Key Accountabilities

4. Knowledge & Skills


Formal qualifications:
Bachelor degree or similar education background on Electrical, Automation or related fields.


Experience:
At least 3 years of working experience in related area.
Skills :
Ability to manage local field service shops located in different area.
Ability to manage relationship with customers facing machines breakdowns or issues.
Strong ability in hands-on.


Knowledge
Familiar with the functions and design of welding/cutting equipment.
Capable to diagnose under help of trouble shooting guides.


Communication / interpersonal
Team player.
Certain managerial capabilities.
Good communicator.
Able to read and write professional English documents, good oral English will be a plus.
Analytical
Analyze and summarize technical issues, propose corrective actions.


Time management / supervision
Efficiency and quick response time.
