职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Handle users’ requests via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner
- Maintain the Helpdesk system and offer the relative report to the management
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions
- Maintain the IT asset Information and configurations of infrastructure system.
- Monitor/Maintain IT infrastructure system, record and report the issue. (Includes servers, network devices, UPS system, backup, phone system, firewall etc.)
- Collaborate with global teams to execute appointed projects
- Work closely with IT supplier and make arrangement for their support if there is any issue
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of technical support procedures and infrastructure

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science, information science or management information systems
- Min 3 years’ working experience of IT equipment/network/server, experience in foreign invest company is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of network and Microsoft PC operating systems and server system
- Windows Active Directory knowledge is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good communication Skills
