Job responsibility:

1. Capturing and analyzing customer requirements, designing core test specification, setting-up reference test database system, creating new or modifying & enhancing existing test documents which include diagnostics and CAN communication systems
2. Applying existing test vector strategies
3. Developing validation test plans and Tracking schedules
4. Ability to use VB software and other software test tools
5. Awareness of software programming and flashing processes
6. Awareness of EE Diagnostics services and design processes
7. Developing Test Cases for Validation Test Specification
8. Developing new test strategies for vehicle functions
9. Testing Calibration functions for sensor interfaces
10. Supporting optimization process to existing Test plans for E/E systems
11. Supporting customer’s ECU validation for single ECU , Integration and vehicle testing
12. Supporting system and hardware DFMEA
13. Supporting E/E Vehicle & ECU Subsystems development

Job qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electromechanical or mechanical engineering
2. At least 4 years automotive experience of working on similar vehicle systems & strategies.
3. Experienced in high & low volume vehicle production, automotive validation experience, proven knowledge in Vehicle component technical specifications, communication Protocols and Diagnostics.
4. Proficient in the use of Calibration /Diagnostic/CAN/LIN/UDS/KWP2000/ J1939 tool sets and data loggers.
5. Excellent knowledge in control and application of sensors and actuators.
6. Knowledge & experience of validation of full product life cycle activities including feasibility assessment, concept work, design validation, problem control and resolution, review of test specifications of supplier docs.
7. Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
