1.Information about the position

Position: HR Specialist
Report to: HR Manager
Location: Kunshan, Jiangsu
 
Responsibilities:
Assist process of recruitment including selection, organizing, first checking, interviewing, etc activities to ensure well-arranged in a professional way and recruitment procedure fully implemented;
Implement process of new comer login including reference check, offering, medical-check, archive setting etc;
Be responsible for the exit interview to recognize the root cause and provide analysis for management review;
Assist HR manager make planning and conduct the employee activity;
Related reporting and EHR system maintenance;
Cooperate in performance management, as rewards & punish monitoring;
Other duties and responsibilities appointed by supervisors.

Desired profile of the candidate

Language: written and verbal English skill

Education: University degree or above

Desired age: 30-35

Professional experience:
Preferably bachelor degree;
3 year working experience in HR department, prefer multinational company;
Certificate of “Human Resource Profession” preferably;
Good command of English;
Strong organization, coordination ability, can organize the large-scale activities independently;
Service oriented working style. Open-minded, team work with good moral and be responsible, Good interpersonal and communication skill, Capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with people;
Microsoft Office skills must, HRIS system experience is preferred.
Physical and mental abilities
Work independently and with minimal supervision for long periods of time;
Timely and accurately complete assigned tasks and follow written and oral instructions;
Timely and accurately organize, priorities, and complete work assignments, including organizational and time-management abilities with minimal supervision and according to assigned deadlines;
Work in a harmonious manner, accept supervision and directions, and interact in a cooperative and professional manner with the Management, co-workers, and internal and external customers, staff, vendors, and contractors;
Work in a team environment;
Maintain regular and predictable attendance;
Work full-time;
Maintain a professional business appearance and demeanor;
Maintain safe working conditions and perform work in a safe manner
