职位描述：

Working with Diversey Care regional marketing, supply chain, sales and Global R&D Innovation teams, support the delivery of the Greater China business results via introduction of Innovations to the market, customer focused win/maintain and grow activities and incremental margin improvement, whilst maintaining compliance of the product

portfolio.
Maintains, controls and prioritizes day to day activities in support of the Greater China business.

Duties:
1.Alignment to region launch program/calendar and support deployment of new innovations into the market.
（1） Some requirement for regional adaptation and modification to make market compliant / relevant.
2.Support the business to:
（1） Win new customers or grow existing customers via product advice and problem solving delivering solutions to meet customer needs, aligned with regional approved projects and prioritization.
（2）Maintain existing customers via problem solving and new solution opportunities.
3.Provide problem solving support to solve customer problems
4.Support Supply Chain
(1) Margin improvement activities / projects
(2) Complaint management / investigation, aim for continual quality improvement.
5.Maintain compliant portfolios and conduct work as required to maintain compliant product portfolio.
6.Understand regulatory landscape and ensure compliance of portfolios.
(1)Support competitive product reviews / assessments to defend our position in the market.
7.Provide product and application advice to sales and customers.



任职要求：
1. have a Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Chemistry.
2. enjoy problem solving, be practically minded and hands-on.
3.be an excellent communicator both verbally and in technical report writing.
4. speak and understand English well.
5.be capable to work independently and take decisions.
6. be a good team player.
7.flexible to travel within China and if required outside China
