Job Purpose
Responsible for customer order processing, material requirements planning and purchasing activities in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures, (assist to) lead a team to meet the logistics performance level.
Expected to have a good understanding of SAP system, good knowledge of logistics operation of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
According to the Logistics performance , % of CTW and CTP
Supplier metrics
Key Responsibilities
DO
--Assist to (lead) a team to smoothen MFG/PRO conversion to SAP.
--Perform transaction of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay professionally with high standard of quality.
--Documentation of policies and procedures of transaction process, provide solution and/or improving recommendation to supervisor
--Frequently and effectively interacts with peers and customer/suppliers for issue resolution and SAP sharing.
OVERSEE
--Coach team the SAP transaction of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay
--Assist and enforce operations are in full compliance with internal and external audit
Organizational Competencies
--Skilled specialist of SAP
--Good team player, leadership capable
--Problem solving and project management skills
--Fluent in English (both oral and written) and Mandarin
QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
--University degree
--4+ years logistics experience related with order processing and purchasing
--Perform as leader in multinational company is preferred
--Good understanding of China import and export business
