Request internal team to start quotation process timely in order to finalize the new pricing of the new contract period and to safeguards the materials purchasing of the new contract period.
为了新合同期的定价和采购,及时通知内部开展报价工作。
Organize Directors and Senior Managers to review the contract terms and analyze the risk of contract, negotiate contract terms with customer to ensure the maximum benefit to BTC and flow down the signed contract to internal departments, in order that the contract is reviewed, signed and implemented effectively.
为了确保合同的有效评审、签订和执行,组织各部门总监和高级经理进行合同条款的风险评估,与客户进行合同谈判以确保公司利益最大化,并将签订的合同条款下发给各部门以确保其被审阅、签字和有效执行。
Claim to customer for the assertion per the contract articles permission in order to protect BTC’s benefit at maximum.
为了最大化的保护公司利益,依据合同条款,向客户进行索赔。
Request customer PO (and the change) per the PO release lead time regulated in the contract, organize internal departments to legally review PO terms, acknowledge PO and load PO in ERP system to ensure the PO (and the change) is timely received and effectively reviewed and implemented.
为了确保客户订单(及订单更改)及时被收到、有效评审和执行,根据合同规定的订单(及订单更改)下发提前期,取得订单并组织各部门对订单进行评审,接受并及时准确录入系统。
Negotiate and adjust PO (if possible) with customer per the effective understanding and data analysis, in order to provide internal team a reliable PO and customer forecast visibility for planning.
为了公司内部计划的制定提供可靠的客户订单和预测,根据对订单的有效理解和数据分析,与客户磋商和调整订单(如果可能)。
Strictly make delivery per customer requirement in order that BTC’s delivery is to meet customer order and enhance BTC’s competition in the aircraft market.
为了确保公司交付满足客户要求和增强BTC在飞机制造业的竞争力,严格依照订单要求进行发运。
Keep 7 days 24 hours available to response on customer’s urgent production and delivery requirement (i.e. AOG) and organize internal departments to make shipment in time to ensure customer’s production line and the airline company’s operation is not impacted by BTC’s performance.
为了不而影响客户生产线和航空公司飞机的运营,保持24小时都能回复客户紧急生产发运需求并组织各部门进行及时发运。
Play the role of the BTC’s contact focal to customer, make use of the resources from internal departments to meet customer requirement and dispose customer complaint reasonably and timely to ensure the fluent daily communication with customer in order for the program progress fluency and enhance the company’s customer service.

Make administrative service for the on-site customer representative and for the customer visit in order to provide the good customer service.

Analyze customer order, forecast and sales data and make the weekly/monthly reports and charts in order to show to internal departments and customers the useful customer statistics.

Work with Strategy group to make quotation for the new program and the existing contract extension, take lead on the quotation negotiation with customer to ensure BTC has the maximum possibility to obtain the work.

Receive the long aging payment record from Finance Department and push customer for the timely payment with the request details to ensure BTC has the healthy cash flow.

Draft contract and work with customer to finalize contract, in order to enlarge company business.

Work with Requesting Department and Finance Department to complete auction/sale process of the obsolete articles in order to dispose the obsolete articles without value added to BTC business per SOP.
为了处理对公司业务没有价值的物品,根据SOP规定与申请部门和财务部门合作,完成拍卖或销售流程。

任职要求:
Bachelor degree, Three years at least of contract administration experience in multi-cultural environment. 大学本科毕业跨国企业合同管理三年以上工作经验
Language: Fluent English语言:流利英语
Computer: Skillful in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Receive training related to requirements of BTC documentation of 500-SOP-009 and get its qualification certificate.
