(1)工作职责Responsibility
Responsibilities
Formulates process framework, implements and ensures conformance/compliance to the organization's Quality Management System in alignment with corporate/industry standards.
Strategizes plans, facilitates and conducts audits, analyzes audit findings, suggests actions to improve quality of products and services, and tracks for closure.
Plays a key role in the designing of the quality strategy and ensures that all areas within the business unit perform to the defined standards.
Defines metrics strategy, consolidates various metrics parameters, analyzes trends, identifies/develops corrective/preventive actions plans to influence improved business performance, and customer satisfaction.
Reviews customer escalations, determines root cause and implements corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Duties
Facilitates implementing quality processes to ensure effective outcomes in terms of performance.
Analyzes data on relevant project metrics, draws inferences and identifies corrective, preventative and improvement action plans with a view to improve overall customer satisfaction within business units.
Conducts internal process audits to assess the functioning and process compliance in complex projects.
Identifies, analyzes and implements actions to bridge gaps for the processes to comply with applicable quality standards or models.
Provides continuous process improvements recommendations to Quality Management System at the business unit level.
